As a Brazilian-trained legal professional, I spent more than 15 years leading complex negotiations, contract management, vendor selection, and risk management for global organizations across the United States and Europe. Those skills now help my clients make informed property decisions, manage risk, and navigate the buying process with confidence.
Over the past decade, I have applied that experience to real estate in Rio de Janeiro. As an investor, I have personally purchased, renovated, and managed multiple properties, including successful short-term rentals. Having gone through the process myself, I understand both the legal requirements and the practical challenges international buyers and owners face.
I created Rio Property Advisors to provide the kind of independent, buyer-side guidance I believe international buyers deserve.
